What data we process and why

The data you send us through the contact form or on WhatsApp (name, email, phone and message) is used only to reply to your request and, if you agree, to send you a quote. The form reaches us by email through Vercel, the provider that hosts this website, and Resend, the service that sends that email.

Legal basis

The consent you give us when you send the form and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts, or for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and exercise your other GDPR rights, by writing to hola@duotec.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
